⚠️ Critical Installation Note: Hot Tightening
To ensure proper hotend function and prevent material leakage during printing, always perform "hot tightening" when installing or replacing nozzles.
- Heat the nozzle to 250°C.
- Use the included open-end wrench to firmly secure the heater block and prevent rotation.
- While securing the heater block, use the socket wrench to tighten the nozzle clockwise.
Never make direct hand contact with the heater block or nozzle during this procedure.
