Shipping policy

Your orders ship from either our main warehouse in the Seattle area, Washington, USA, or from our network of fulfillment centers strategically located throughout the United States.

For orders shipping out of country, any brokerage, duties, taxes or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Please do your own research on import costs before placing an order. If your shipment is returned to us due to either an invalid address, unclaimed or unpaid brokerage/duties/taxes/import fees we will refund the order minus shipping cost and any fees imposed by customs or carrier.

We make every effort to ship the order within 3 business days after the payment is complete. In some cases it might take longer. If we are unable to ship your order in 3 business days, we'll contact you and provide an estimated shipping date.

During the peak season, shipping might be delayed by a few days. We project all orders to be shipped within 5 business days.

We may enable backorders for some of our products. Estimated shipping date or lead time will be specified on the product page. If in-stock products are ordered in the same order with backordered products, an entire order will be shipped once all the products are available.
